Design lead for Lists on Amazon, an $xxB business with xxMM monthly active customers and a key engagement driver of the core shopping experience on all platforms. Led the CX vision for the product and presented successfully to executive leadership. Designed and launched multiple experiences including Hearts to save, Collaborative lists, Alexa integration and more to millions of customers, with over $500MM in business impact and major press coverage.
